Who Needs An Estate Sale?

Anyone downsizing, selling a home, moving, relocating out-of-state, demolishing or liquidating a business or estate. Antiques and collectibles are not necessary. Everyday household items make for a great sale. Don’t throw anything away! You’d be surprised at what we can sell.

How Can Dunn Wright Estate Services Help?
We offer experience in liquidating the contents of estates including antiques and collectibles, private collections, vehicles, boats, contemporary and used furniture, clothing, artwork, jewelry,coins & tools. We work closely with other appraisers & specialty professionals (at our cost) to ensure you are getting the most money for the items in your sale.

What To Expect From Us:
We provide all of the resources needed to sort, organize, display, research, price, advertise and sell the contents of your estate. We work with you to provide an enjoyable, secure and profitable sale. Typically we would like to start working in the home 7-10 days prior to the actual sale event, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. We bring in tables, displays and any additional items (if needed) for set up. We provide exceptional attention to detail. We offer experience, ethics, knowledge, and creative solutions for all of our clients.

How Far In Advance Should I Book An Estate Sale?
We recommend at least 2-4 weeks advance notice. However, we have been known to put together a sale in only 3 days.

What Kind Of Items Do We Sell?
Furniture, books, artwork, clothing, tools, appliances, jewelry, antiques, collectibles, garden equipment, private collections, vehicles, boats and almost any household item. Antiques and Collectibles are evaluated and priced accordingly. Please do not throw anything away prior to our evaluation – remember, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”.

Do You Sell Everything?
Based on our past performance, we consistently sell around 85% to 90% of the household contents. After the sale, we can donate all items to charity. We will provide you with a tax deductible receipt. Or we can provide “clean out” services for you.

When Is A Good Time To Have An Estate Sale?
Our customers attend estate sales all year, so any month is a great time
for a sale! The best days for sales are Friday through Sunday.
